Featuring 3 Boxing Rings – 18 Foot Elevated Boxing Ring, 16 Foot Floor Ring, and Our Signature Mexican Style 6-foot Boxing Ring.

Variety of 15 Heavybags consisting of 400-Pound Super Heavybags, 300-Pound Heavybag, 250-Pound Heavybags, Aqua Bags, Buttons Bags, 200 Pound Extra Wide Title Boxing Heavybag, 2 Freestanding BOB’s. 2 Speed Bags + 2 Double End Bags.

We also have Strength and Conditioning equipment such as Free Weights, Cable Machine, Hand Weights, Medicine Balls, Jump Ropes, Treadmill, Stationary Bikes.

PRIVATE LESSONS

8:00AM – 9:00PM

Schedule 1 on 1 Private Lessons with Our Qualified Coaches to Work on Your Goals . Learn / Review ALL of the Basics of Boxing within the First 10 Lessons. After that, we can customize the sessions based upon YOUR NEEDS. If your goal is fitness / weight loss related , we will turn up the intensity and challenge your physical limits while having a great time. Want to improve your Boxing Skills? – We Will Work on Specific Drills + Sparring to Expand Your Boxing Knowledge and Sharpen your Self Defense Skills. We offer both Half Hour and Hour Lessons that you can do individually or add up to 4 People to Train with a Friend or Family Member.

OPEN GYM HOURS

M – F: 1:00PM – 4:00PM

M + W: 8:00PM – 9:00PM

Sa + Su: 12:00PM – 2:00PM

Come down and do your own thing! Lift some weights, do some cardio, use the mirror, hit the bag, watch sparring/ fights on our 70 inch TV, hang out with other students, stay in a positive environment, and work toward those goals. Use whatever area of the gym that is NOT being used by a coach and put in some extra work.

YOUTH BOXING

M – F: 5:15PM – 6:00PM

Our Youth Boxing Program is the BEST After School Activity to Build Your Childs Confidence, Discipline, Teach Them Self Defense, Make New Friends and Have a Great Time! During the All levels Boxing class for Students 10-16 years old, they will Focus on learning proper form and technique through an Engaging 45 minute class.     Every week, we work on new techniques to expand our knowledge and continue making progress.  It won’t be the same boring workout every time they come to class. There are many different aspects to work on in boxing and we will master them all together – Footwork, Head Movement, Blocking, Combinations, Strategies, Specialty Moves, Etc. The more you train, the more you learn.

New Theme of the Week

Sunday starting at 11:00 am

Every week, we work on new techniques to expand our skills.  It won’t be the same boring workout every time you come to class. There are many different aspects to work on in boxing. Footwork, Head Movement, Blocking, Combinations, Strategies, Specialty Moves, Etc. The more you train, the more you learn.

Adult All Levels Boxing Class
M + T + W + TH + F: 7:00PM – 8:00PM

T + W + TH:

6:00PM – 7:00PM

All Experience levels are welcome in this class- From Beginner to Advanced. We work on many different “Themes of the Week” so you won’t see the same lesson plan for about 3 months at a time. In every class, we Breakdown basic technique, demonstrate every combination, explain why we use the method, and how to apply it with proper form. Workouts consist of Warmups, Shadowboxing, Partner Drills, Mittwork, Heavybag, Core Workouts and whatever the coach feels will challenge you the most to make every class exciting and give you the best results

Adult Advanced Level Classes
T + TH: 8:00PM – 9:00PM

ONLY ADVANCED STUDENTS are allowed to take this class. Designed specifically for students who like the Sport of Boxing, Practice Actual Self Defense Skills, want to be Competitive Fighters, and Students that are comfortable with Contact. Focus on different offensive and defensive techniques through drills, scenarios, options, strategies and application with sparring. The only way to get better at fighting is fighting. Repeating what you learn until it is second nature to master your craft.
