Coach Nic

Coach Nic started boxing back in 2004 when he was 16 years old. He spent all of his available time training, watching and studying the sport of boxing. Coach Nic stopped competing after his last Golden Gloves Amateur bout in 2012 and started his career as a USA Boxing Coach.

Much of his knowledge was gained from pure boxing experience. Boxing with many high level amateurs and Professional in various gyms, Coach Nic absorbed a lot of knowledge that he adopted into his own style and constantly tested out in sparring. With countless hours of training, sparring and studying the sport, he analyzes every aspect of fighting. What to do, what not to do, when to do certain techniques, who to use different strategies against which type of opponents, why to use these techniques, how to adapt when things start to go south.

You can get a much faster and better insight of what you are looking to accomplish in the ring, by learning from someone that has thousands and thousands of rounds of boxing experience. 

He also helps competitive Kick boxers, Muay Thai Boxers and MMA fighters improve their striking skills and apply advanced concepts in their respective sports.

Coach Nic grew up being a huge boxing fan, watching thousands of fights over the years. By breaking down the different styles, techniques and strategies of top P4P fighters in the sport of boxing, Coach Nic remains a student of boxing to always improve his craft, learn new ideas and pass on more knowledge. You will feel very comfortable training with a coach that dedicates his time and energy into helping others succeed and obtain their goals. We put 1000% into every student that dedicates their time and effort to learning and growing in the sport of Boxing.

My Ultimate Goal – To Bring an Athlete to the Absolute Highest level in the Sport of Boxing and Crown a Champion. But even if your ambitions aren’t as high, I am still here to work with everyone with every level of commitment – From serious Athlete to Casual Fan of The Sport. New Theme of the Week

Sunday starting at 10:00 am

Every week, we work on new techniques to expand our skills.  It won’t be the same boring workout every time you come to class. There are many different aspects to work on in boxing. Footwork, Head Movement, Blocking, Combinations, Strategies, Specialty Moves, Etc. The more you train, the more you learn.


8:00AM – 9:00PM

Schedule 1 on 1 Private Lessons with Our Qualified Coaches to Work on Your Goals . Learn / Review ALL of the Basics of Boxing within the First 10 Lessons. After that, we can customize the sessions based upon YOUR NEEDS. If your goal is fitness / weight loss related , we will turn up the intensity and challenge your physical limits while having a great time. Want to improve your Boxing Skills? – We Will Teach You 3 Main Styles/ Strategies to Expand Your Boxing Knowledge and Practice Specific Drills to Sharpen your Skills. We offer both Half Hour and Hour Lessons that you can do individually or add up to 3 People to Train with a Friend or Family Member.

Come down and do your own thing! Lift some weights, do some cardio, use the mirror, hit the bag, watch sparring/ fights on our 70 inch TV, hang out with other students, stay in a positive environment, and work toward those goals. Use whatever area of the gym that is NOT being used by a coach and put in some extra work.


M – Th: 4:30PM – 5:15PM

Youth Boxing Program- All levels Boxing class for Students 12-18 years old. Focus on learning proper form and technique through an Engaging 45 minute class. Coaches teach students self defense skills and keep them active through a fun, interactive workout.

Strength and Conditioning
Tuesday and Thursday

6:15PM – 7:00PM

High Intensity Interval Training is brutally designed to push your fitness to the next level! Many different styles of boxing conditioning workouts that constantly change and keep you guessing. The workouts can consist of any combination of Speed + Power + Volume on the Heavybags , Dumbell Training, Body Weight Exercises, Medicine Ball throws, Agility Ladder, and MORE. Work until you’re Exhausted, and then Keep Going !

All Levels Boxing Class
M + W + F: 7:00PM – 8:00PM

T + TH: 8:00PM – 9:00PM

Students of All experience levels are welcome in this class. We work on many different “Theme’s of the Week” that keep you learning the more you train. Breakdown of basic technique , demonstration, explanation behind the method, and application in proper form. Workouts consist of Warm ups, Shadowboxing, Partner Drills, Mittwork, Heavybag, Core Workouts, followed by a review.

Advanced Level Classes
Tuesday and Thursday

7:00PM – 8:00PM

ONLY ADVANCED STUDENTS are allowed to take this class. Deigned specifically for students who like the Sport of Boxing, Practice Actual Self Defense  , Competitive Fighters, and Students that are comfortable with Contact.

Focus on different offensive and defensive techniques through drills, scenarios, options, strategies and application with sparring. The only way to get better at fighting is fighting. Repeating what you learn until it is second nature to master your craft.
