Scheduling is by appointment only. Training time slots are limited. It is important to show up at least 15 minutes early to our sessions to wrap up and loosen up for when your session starts. Setting up appointments in advance will guarantee that we have time to train and help develop a routine so nobody request that time slot. If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so a full day in advanced so that I can fill that time slot for someone else. Thank you.
