Terms of Service Effective Date: June 14, 2025 By using the services of Slick Sluggers Huntington

1. Membership & Booking

  • All sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
  • Cancellations require 24-hour notice or the session may be forfeited.
  • Memberships and class packages are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

2. Safety & Conduct

  • Participants must follow all safety guidelines and instructions from coaches.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who poses a risk to others or fails to respect our policies.
  • Proper attire and hygiene are required at all times.

3. Payments

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
  • We accept major credit cards and digital payments.
  • Late or missed payments may result in suspended access to services.

4. Health & Risk

  • You acknowledge that boxing and fitness training carry physical risks.
  • By participating, you confirm you are physically able and have disclosed any relevant medical conditions.
  • Slick Sluggers is not liable for injuries unless caused by gross negligence.

5. Media Use

We may take photos or videos during sessions for marketing purposes. Let us know in writing if you prefer not to be included.
